All bookings and subscriptions need to be made using the Club’s new booking service, Clubman. The service has been tailored for use by all members of Muniong .You will need your email address from your Muniong membership and a password. Log in here.
But you will not be able to book unless you have paid your annual subscription of $275 through Clubman. Log in and go to More/Charges and follow the prompts. The payment platform attached to Clubman is Stripe, a world-wide, secure system used by millions and you can pay by credit card or direct deposit (if it is under $1500)
Ballot for July School Holidays 2026 :Open 11th January – 25th January . Finalised and notified early February .
First Round : Open 1st march 9.00am .Member and family (Associate members ) 1 week maximum.
Second Round: Open 14th March 9.00 am Members Only Unlimited Bookings .
Third Round : Open 1st April 9.00am Members can book in their Guests .
Muniong will only allow Members to make a booking request via their Clubman account . Any Previous Guests wishing to make a booking enquires contact Greg email: gfulwood5@gmail.com

Note: The rates are slightly higher for 2026 but there is a $10 fee with every booking to help with the cost of Clubman .
Sunday July 05 to Saturday July 18 is the NSW School Holiday period, priority is given to Members and their school aged children (K to Year 12) and children in race events .
( Members booking in the school holidays may enquire about non member friends joining them if vacancies permit).
Accommodation rates include all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and linen. Arrival day includes lunch and departing day includes breakfast .
Discounts
- Children (2 years , pre-kindergarten and toilet trained ): 50% discount off the adult rate. ( no high chair or cot will be provided )
- School students (K to year 12): 20% discount off the adult rate.
- Tertiary Students (F-T who are < 25 years): 10% discount off the adult rate.
Booking Periods : Sunday to Sunday,Sunday to Friday ,Friday to Sunday (Weekly for the July School Holidays)
- Week: IN 12pm Sunday – OUT 10am Sunday
- Mid-Week: IN 12pm Sunday – OUT 10am Friday
- Weekend: IN 12pm Friday – OUT 10am Sunday
- No entry beyond stairs before checking IN or after checking OUT unless picking up or returning ski gear to loft .
Important Note to the Members and Guests of Muniong Ski Club
The Board of Muniong is proud to offer Members and guests a unique ski experience at a price that provides exceptional value for money.
It is a tradition at Muniong that we all contribute to the running of the Club.
For us all to have an enjoyable holiday, we remind all Members and guests that they are expected to assist in the smooth running of the club on a daily basis by observing and acting on the points below.
- Show kindness to your managers and fellow members in the lodge, any disrespect from any person or their children to others will not be tolerated .
- Arrival times are as noted above. If you arrive early, luggage can be left in the TV Room downstairs, but please give the Managers time to clean and prepare the lodge before you settle in for your holiday.
- Meal times are as posted by the Managers. (If you arrive late for breakfast, don’t expect there to be a hot meal waiting for you!).
- The kitchen is out of bounds to Members and guests.
- Food and drink can be left in the guest fridge.
- Recycle and rubbish bins are to be taken to the larger garbage bins downstairs. Kitchenette to be kept clean and tidy.
- Members and guests are to set the tables for dinner each night, serve the meals, and clear the tables after dinner. Please don’t expect someone to wait upon you.
- Don’t leave dirty cups in the sink. If you make a hot chocolate, clean up after yourself.
- On the Managers night off, a meal and instructions will be provided. Members and guests are to cook the meal, ensure that all cutlery and crockery is washed and stacked away, and the kitchen cleaned. Don’t leave a mess for the Managers the next morning.
- On changeover day, Members and guests are to strip their beds and take the linen downstairs.
- Before departing, Members and guests are to vacuum their rooms thoroughly (including moving the beds), and empty the rubbish bins.
- Members and guests are to act upon all requests for assistance from the Managers.
Finally, please remember we are a not-for-profit Co-Operative, not a commercial enterprise. Your participation in the Club on a daily basis will allow us to all continue to enjoy the friendly environment that is part of the Muniong experience.
