January
Took delivery and installation of a new 520L Williams Upright freezer.
Repeated whippersnipping of long grass around the lodge.
A major project to replacement of lining boards and metal eave capping installed to the southern wall. “A big Thank You to member Peter Zanetic and his team “
Early April
Sorted out linen and testing of electric blankets, and the purchase of required replacements.
The gas Heater was serviced .
April /May
Repaired damaged boards under the eaves on the western wall .
Installed a boot brush at the front door .
Fixed broken ski/board racks.
Took delivery of new beds.
Replacement of broken door handles and a bathroom vacancy lock.
Waterproofing and repainting of room 1.
Attended health inspection requirements .
Sanded and repainted damaged doors .
Delivery of a new lounge and removal of the old one to the tip .
Carpet in common areas and the TV Room lounge has been steam cleaned . ” A big thank you to members Adam and Nikki Barber “
